1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ipc-africa.com (the "Site"), operated by Independent Purchasing Company Ltd ("IPC", "we", "us" or "our"), 3A Dr Adewale Oshin Street, off Chief Collins Uchidiuno Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lekki 105102, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
3. Our products and services
The Site provides information about IPC and its products — GoSource, Daash, FindEat and Relay Pilot — and our custom product development services. Use of each product platform is governed by that platform's own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these terms. Information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer; commercial engagements are agreed separately.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos and images — are owned by or licensed to IPC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks shown on the Site (including client logos) belong to their respective owners.
5. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including our product platforms and social networks. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy or availability of the Site or its content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
